RETURN POLICY
Eliowear.com will accept returns on standard items. A standard item is an item that has not been personalized with a custom production number. All returns will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be authorized by e-mailing cameron@eliowear.com for instructions.

Eliowear.com is unable to accept returns on personalized or “custom” items. For a description of what a “Custom Item” is, please refer to the FAQ.


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Eliowear.com items are all custom orders. We have 2 local shops that we work with to produce excellent quality screen printed and embroidered items. We do not have any stock items at this point in time. This being said, you should receive your order within 4-6 weeks.


WHAT IS A CUSTOM SHIRT / HOODIE / HAT?
Eliowear.com offers the unique option of personalizing some items on our website with your “Spot In Line.” Your “Spot In line” has been provided directly by Elio Motors with “All-In” $1000 reservations.

If you chose a customized item, we will put the “Spot In Line” number that you provide us with on the back of the following items.

WHERE CAN I GET THE PROMOTIONAL SHIRTS THAT ELIO MOTORS HAD IN THE PAST?
Elio Wear has worked directly with Elio Motors on a few promotional shirts. Unfortunately we do not have any stocked inventory of past promotional shirts. Keep an eye on your e-mails from Elio Motors for any future promotions so you don’t miss out on one-of-a-kind promotions. Only all in reservation holders can order these special shirts


CAN YOU MAKE A CUSTOM SHIRT FOR MY ELIO CLUB?
If you desire to make a customized shirt to promote your local Elio Motors club, please send us an e-mail. cameron@eliowear.com. Eliowear.com has strict guidelines on what can and cannot be produced. Any t-shirt designs will have to go through an approval process with Elio Wear and Elio Motors in order to be produced.
